REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW AND INTERESTED CLIENTS! A discussion with client or client's guardian to cover academic needs, academic goals, and developing a plan to implement within scheduled sessions.
Cancellation Policy
T.Will Tutoring, LLC understands that events may arise that could prevent clients from attending tutor sessions. If a client needs to cancel their session, provide tutor(s) with a 2-hour notice before scheduled session. LATE CANCELATION POLICY: Any sessions cancelled after the 2-hour period will result in a $10 cancellation fee. NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY: This occurs when a client misses their session and does not notify the assigned tutor before their scheduled time. This occurrence will result in a $35 penalty fee.
